What is Carve Your New Path?

My name is Ian Coletti, and at 49 years old, I decided to start making a radical change in my life.

I needed it. I craved it. I had no choice.

I’ve had many successes but have also had my share of failures. 

…many of which were out of my control.

I started with my physical self, then my mental/emotional self, then finally… my career.

If I did not tackle these, I could not have improved my relationships with family, friends, and colleagues nor found a new, far more fulfilling life for myself.

Fast forward a couple of years, I found help through leadership events, mentorship, & personal development. 

I’ve since figured out how to get out of my own way, not be held back in a state of numbness, become a better version of myself, and realize that I can and will have a brighter future for myself and my family.

I started Carve Your New Path as my way of helping middle-aged men like me become the best versions of themselves.
